By downloading, installing, or using Payment Tracker (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Payment Tracker is designed to help you manage your payments, cards, and reminders. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscription and Payments

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for additional features. All payments are handled through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Prices, duration, and terms are clearly indicated before purchase.

4. Privacy

Your personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the property of the developer and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the App without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of the App.

7. Modifications

The developer may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence and applicable Apple regulations.
